Thank you for your interest in technology products presented by FitForLaunch is a Service, through which Creators can crowdfund and market products. The Creator is deemed the seller of the product. Therefore, the following warranty applies only to our Service and not to the products sold through our Service.


What is Covered

We warrant that the creator of the product will deliver their product in a timely manner, or the Backer will get their money refunded.


What is Not Covered

FitForLaunch makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to the Services provided by FitForLaunch other than as set forth below. FitForLaunch makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description. Backers should further expect that products by creators on this platform may include early stage or first production run parts which typically are less optimal, less refined, less than cosmetically perfect, and may have a slightly higher than industry standard repair rate.


What We Will Do to Correct Problems

If the creator does not deliver the product offered within 180 days of the scheduled delivery date, we will either

  1. Deliver the product or a product of similar kind and quality to the backer within 12 months, or

  2. Refund the amount invested to the backer within 12 months.


How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The coverage lasts for 18 Months after the scheduled delivery date.


How to Make A Claim

If you have a claim under this warranty, you need to submit it during the coverage period. Please send us an email to [email protected] to file a claim.


Other provisions

If a User breaches our Terms, such as by filing a chargeback, this warranty becomes temporarily or permanently void.


Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary state to state.
